THE CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION FEE
The conference participation fee (the registration fee) covers the cost of administrative expenses related to the process of the organization of the confrence, including administrative cost, as well as (for delegates joining us on-site) the conference materials, the awards ceremony, and coffee breaks.

Discounted fees: apply to Ph.D. students with valid ID cards, serving as first authors and presenting respective papers.

THE PROFORMA INVOICE
Following the notification on abstract acceptance, a proforma invoice will be issued to facilitate the payment (bank transfer); final invoice (the receipt) will be issued.
THE ABSTRACT
To register to the conference & pay for the conference participation, submit your abstract first.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONTHE DECISION
Wait for the decision on your abstract’s acceptance.
THE PROFORMA INVOICE
Once your abstract will have been accepted, you will receive a proforma invoice. Present it to the accounting department of your institution.
THE RECEIPT
Once the payment (via bank transfer) has been made, you will receive the final invoice, i.e. the receipt. At this point you will have fully registered.
