During this workshop, you will be able to wear the VR headset and try the “serious” use of VR. You will have the opportunity to get acquianted with recent VR-related projects, such as virtual classroom, virtual product assembly-line, or a virtual rehabilitation session.
VR… not only for videogaming
VR-based solutions and applications are used across issues and domains, including healthcare, education, tourism, engineering, and many others. Advances in VR are presented and discussed at Rii Forum 2022 (check the program for details).

The objective of this multidisciplinary and practice oriented workshop is to give the Rii Forum 2022 participants, and especially Ph.D. students attending the conference, the opportunity to engage in a hands-on (including VR head-set testing) conversation on new research topics in the domain of VR research.
