The Covid-19 pandemic revealed that HEIs around the world are challenged by an unprecented number of factors. The thrust of the challenge pertains not only to the capacity of HEIs to embark on remote learning. HEIs today also need to effectively anticipate and respond to the implications of digital transformation as it influences all spheres of our socio-economic and political systems. The objective of the Rii Forum Round Table debate is to dwell on this multi-scalar challenge.
